How Our Cancellation Policy Works

When you book a stay for your pet, you're securing a spot at the hotel. We understand plans can change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation options. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel.

Refund Policy

100% Full Refund

Cancel 48+ hours before check-in

Cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund. The full amount will be returned to your original payment method.

50% Partial Refund

Cancel 24-48 hours before check-in

If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before check-in, you'll receive a 50% refund. This helps cover the hotel's preparation costs.

No Refund

Cancel less than 24 hours before check-in

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are not eligible for a refund. The hotel has already reserved the spot for your pet.

Hotel Owner Cancellations

If a hotel owner cancels your booking, you will always receive a 100% full refund, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. We will notify you immediately via email and help you find alternative accommodation if needed.
